I use beautifully scented beeswax balms made in Golden Bay, New Zealand—they feel wonderful on the skin, smell divine, and won't leave any residue on your clothes.

Reiki
Reiki is a gentle hands-on energy healing practice that I've been offering since receiving my certificate in 2002.
During a session, you remain fully clothed while I slowly move my hands just above or lightly touching your body, allowing healing energy to flow where it's needed most.
You might feel warmth, coolness, or a gentle tingling sensation—or nothing at all—but rest assured, your body is responding in its own way.
I often incorporate Reiki into massage sessions for clients seeking an even deeper level of relaxation and restoration. Even those initially skeptical often find themselves pleasantly surprised by the profound sense of peace it brings.

Ear Candling
Ear candling is a gentle process where the tapered end of a hollow wax-sealed paper candle is placed in your ear while the other end is lit.
The warmth creates a gentle vacuum that helps draw out earwax naturally and comfortably. I've safely provided this service for clients ranging from 5 to 70+ years old, and it's particularly wonderful before flights or when you're feeling congested.
It's a surprisingly relaxing addition to any wellness routine. If you love the experience, I also sell the New Zealand-made, natural ear candles for home use.
